Dabo predicted when he would leave Clemson several years ago

In an interview he was asked about leaving (perhaps the Bama question) and I remember him saying he planned to stay at Clemson until the fans quit appreciating winning.

Reading the poop on the boards from some of you - makes me think we are about to that point. People like JK who constantly make jealousy jabs at the football program. Many others complaining about a win Saturday and “how we should have won by more”. Or that Dabo has made poor choices in his coaching staff. Or how he should have started a true freshman who is talented, but not ready to run the team just yet. Constantly complaining about not finding great backups in the transfer portal who want to come and be backups (which is why they are in the portal.). Second guessing everything.
Keyboard snowflakes are not members of the team. They are not on the staff. They don’t know all the issues. They don’t have skin in the game. They are simply complainers.
Dabo has earned our respect, loyalty, and accolades. Can we act like fans? Sure. But so many of you have taken it well beyond that.
Dabo know’s what he is doing. He will make whatever changes he feels are in the best interest of the team, school and players. If he feels a change is needed and a honorable coach is out there that fits, then I am confident he will make a move.

Complain about a bad call. Complain about a poor decision that got intercepted. But jeez guys, at our “horrible “ time, Clemson is 9-1 and still has an outside shot at the playoffs. TAM has talent and lots of losses. Bama has 2 losses and a couple of scares. LSU has 2 losses and one to a team we beat.

Are we dominant? Nope. Are we very good? Yes.

Appreciate what we have and the position Dabo has put us in. Negativity will end up running Dabo off and then what? Back to 8-3 and 7-4 seasons.
