Coot game difference between 10-2 and 9-3.

Unfortunately, I see us starting 0-1 again and then stubbing our toe at either GT or Louisville. 9-2 going to Columbia.

Wow I cannot believe you don’t have faith in us to beat LSU at home. You can argue that our last two openers we have looked bad, but the same can be said for LSU

At Louisville is a game I’m most worried about. They do have a new QB to break in so we will see how they look.

That Louisville game last night year remains a mystery to me. We were just lifeless and never seemed to be even interested in participating. Kinda like nc state the year before. Def owe them a whipping.

I feel lot better about beating LSU at home this year vs the UGA opener last year. I thought it woukd be close and not get dismantled in the second half. Hopefully better Def coaching will prevent these late skids where games got too close.

Look, as much as I want to say 11-1 or 12-0, our recent record against ranked teams isn't great. At this point the Tigers have to prove it on the field. LSU has made it widely known that they have this game circled. We shall see. If the Tigers drop the opener then 10-2 or 9-3 is very possible.

The LSU coach has not won his opener since coming to LSU. He lost twice to FSU. Those seasons we beat FSU one time and should have the other and lost in OT. It's a home game. The fans will be super fired up about the REAL DEATH VALLEY! LSU was bad on Defense last year, particularly in the secondary. Our Defense was okay, but upgraded massively with Tom Allen from Penn State as the new coordinator. It will be close. It may be high scoring, but have confidence that Clemson and Cade are going to win this one. It is his time now. Either 11-1 or 12-0 regular season. This team returns the most production in the entire country! Experience matters. This group won 10 plus games, won the conference, and made the playoff last year. This team should do even more. Maybe should be the favorite to win the whole thing!

If our oline is better, we have the studs to be 11-0 when we play the coots. The LSU game will be a huge task.

Oline is experienced and talented. A non factor really.

But we do need,
1. Cade to progress to the next level and show more consistency
2. Define RB1 and RB2 and basically hope they have the elite talent we need.
3. Play real defense - disciplined but like our hair is on fire. I think Allen will definitely notch us up, it’s just a matter of how long it will take.

I could certainly see us being 9-2 heading into that game. We have a considerably tougher schedule this year in my opinion.

We have a considerably better team this year as well. 12-0 write it down.

Scar is not a reload program. They got absolutely gutted in the offseason. 7 wins would be a great achievement for them this year. There’s a reason Phil Steele was generous with a preseason ranking of 27 while others lazily have them top 12.

The also reloaded in portal and landed one of the best classes. They have a really good QB and will be tough again .

I had to read his post 2x because it was so outlandishly pessimistic
With Clemson "fans" like that who needs the Coots?

I think we beat LSU , and I think by 10+ pts. GT isn't beating us , not even a close game there. Louisville is a wait and see thing. They handled us pretty easily last year in DV.

.... seriously. You're picking us to lose to 3 teams we'll be favored to beat, and have more talent than?? Just playing the odds makes that foolish prediction, all by itself.

Our most difficult games in order:
Scar away LSU home GaTech away L-ville away UNC away
Defense much improved. We bring back the most production in the country and playmakers at all levels, and maybe the best QB, who is also mobile.
This team will be one of if not the best in the past decade. 12-0 regular season.

This team at worse is 11-1 regular season... ACC Championship 🏆 , now the 4 game run in the playoffs can finish a few different ways: 4-0 national champs , 3-1 runners up natty game appearance, 2-1 final 4 , 1-1 one better then last year, 0-1 lose first round.... 15-1 Natty champs🏆 14-2 Natty championship appearance 13-2 final four loss 11-2 first round loss Go Tigers!! 💪💪
