Breaking: The Big 12 has sent a "cease and desist" letter to ESPN. The letter demands ESPN end "all actions that may harm the conference and its members and that it not communicate with the Big 12 Conference's existing members

Depositions and subpoena forthcoming between b12 and espn on some grounds and we get to see if ESPN has been playing grand puppet master behind the scene and may have broken other contracts and laws?? in doing so??

which is a claim that one party wrongfully interfered with another parties contractual or business relationships.

If the Big XII can demonstrate that ESPN colluded with Texas and OU, ESPN could potentially be liable for millions of dollars in damages.
