Best jersey number to fit the player…

Credit to rncox for pointing out the Gunn is wearing number 38. Which with a name like Gunn 38 Special comes to mind.

If the number 0 was legal back then I always thought Travis Blanks should’ve been number 0

Some numbers just go with the position or the skill though.

Number 1 should go to the fastest player IMO
44, 45 should go to best LB (Kirkland, Davis)
43, 20 should go to best safety (Kinard, Dawkins)
Etc
