On previous teams we could all point to leaders on offense but this year I have no idea who that would be. We’ve read that bockhurst is fiery but I don’t know if he’s a leader on the team or not. I don’t see it from any other starters. Rencher is a leader but he’s not going to be on the field much and I just don’t see who’s motivating the troops. We lost a ton of leadership in TL & TE and I haven’t noticed anyone stepping up to try to lead yet. Whereas defense has plenty of leaders but I think Skalski is the alpha.
