#16 Men's tennis at #37 Florida State at 5:30

Big match today in Tallahassee for our #16 men's tennis team.

FSU is 10-7 on the year and 2-4 in the ACC and currently riding a 4 match losing streak (all to top 15 teams though: Cal, Stanford, Wake and NC State). Their best win was at #12 Texas A&M.

FSU has ability and #37 is definitely under ranked for their potential. They won the ACC last year and was a top 10 team, with several of the same players.

Projected FSU lineup:

1. #19 Corey Craig, Jr. Coconut Creek, FL (Transfer Boston U.)
2. #46 Jamie Connell, Sr. Edinburgh, Scotland
3. Alex Bulte, Sr. Melbourne, Australia
4. Erik Schiessl, So. Nuremberg, Germany (Transfer OK State)
5. Joshua Dous-Karpenschif, Sr. Lyon, France
6. Youcef Rihane, Sr. Algiers, Algeria

Hopefully Wissam and Noa can get back to form at 1 and 2 because it will be tough to win if FSU takes the top two spots. FSU has solid depth as their 5 and 6 positions are pretty decent so we can't totally count on those courts like we can against most teams.

This will be a tough match because FSU will be absolutely desperate for a win. They need it to get into the top 39 and solidify their NCAA tourney position.

We need to win to stay in the top 16 race. If we sweep FSU and Miami this weekend, we could jump up to s high as #11 or #12 in the rankings.
