I have a hard time believing FSU is willingly playing a home game on a Friday night. I know DRad stated that he had informed the ACC there would be no home Friday games in Clemson.
Maybe I'm wrong, but I find it hard to believe FSU wouldn't feel the same way. Seems odd.

FRIDAY NIGHT GAMES WILL BE PLAYED IN THE NORTH, NOT THE SOUTH. UNLESS IT IS THE DAY AFTER THANKSGIVING.

Another Friday?!?
Boston College on Nov. 11: FSU opened conference play at Boston College last season on a Friday night, and will face the Eagles again on a Friday in 2016. The ACC has a slew of conference games scheduled on either Thursday or Friday nights to boost the conference’s appeal in a primetime slot, but Jimbo Fisher has said he prefers to play on Saturdays. Fridays are for high school football games, and it’s hard for coaches to watch recruits or to get recruits in town for an official/unofficial visit. The game will be the first weekday game FSU has played at home since losing to Miami on Labor Day in 2009. FSU has lost its previous two home games on Fridays: to Virginia Military in 1952, and Miami in 1957, per FSU sports information.

Fridays are for high school football games, and it then become a real challenge for coaches to watch recruits or to get recruits in town for an official/unofficial visit for Friday night games.
Agreeing to play college football games on a Friday night is just one more example of the ACC's ignorance.

b/c I find it hard to believe they agreed to it. Maybe a different deal was made.
I would think FSU could have refused it, and a request like that would take high priority. Just seems odd.

WOW, MY MISTAKE. I JUST ASSUMED THEY WERE PLAYING UP NORTH. HARD TO BELIEVE THEY AGREED TO THAT. NOW, LETS SEE IF CLEMSON AGREES TO IT NEXT YEAR. I WILL BE SHOCKED IF WE DO THAT.

there's a game in florida and if derp considered florida part of the south, then derp was wrong.
you take it a step further, label the parts of florida that you consider in the south, tallahassee included, and tell gwp he was wrong for asking derp a fairly simple and straight forward question that proved derp wrong - yes, florida is in the south.
your comment supported gwp, yet you told gwp he was wrong?
you make no sense.

The ACC TV contract does not require that Clemson host a Friday night football, hosting of a Friday night football would requite the approval of the hosting school, Clemson would never approve the hosting of a Friday night game. Clemson is required by The ACC TV contract to host a Thursday night game at some point, but not a Friday game.
