I started balding young, which was a big switch from my flowing locks. I looked like a poor man's Eddie Vedder as a kid. When it first started I, like anyone, panicked and tried to look for any and everything to stop/reverse it. I came to the conclusion that snake oil salesman were at every corner and any 'legitimate' method of controlling hair loss came with its own costs ($$$, side effects).
Nearly a decade has passed since my baldness kicked in and I'll admit, I do check the net every now and then for a glimpse of something new. But I've come to accept it. In fact, I don't think I would rock hair with the convenience that shaved head brings. It's just having the option....

I have a full head of hair as thick as can be, but I started going grey at 30. I am in my mid 40's and I have a solid head of grey hair. Sucks!

The only problem with being bald is that it's tough finding hats that fit good. The New Era baseball hats look goofy AF due to not having any hair to fill in that high crown.
I worry about skin cancer too, but I try to never let my head get burned and I wear hats a ton.

made. And I can grow hair. Got a nice little receding spot in the front, but I could grown it down past my anus in the back. For me, it just got easier and cheaper to sit on the deck and let Mrs. Tig run the clippers over it. The guards got lower and lower until I just said screw it, put a razor on it and be done with it. Now, if I go a few days without shaving it, it drives me nuts.
