Y’all Clemson fans who are bashing brad and this basketball team are a joke. Why do y’all think upsets can’t happen or shouldn’t happen to Clemson?? It’s march madness and it happens.. Clemson had a great year and could have easily gave up and got beat by 30… I’m proud of the season they had unfortunately they laid an egg in the first half that was to big to overcome. Can’t wait to see what brad brings in from the portal and see what we got for next year. Thank you seniors for laying in on the line your entire career. Glad to be a tiger everyday and support every coach and player!

Neff just signed this middle-of the-road HC for 6 more years. BB has conned the Clemson fan base into believing he's a great coach. As the ACC adds new and better coaches, such as Will Wade, BB will not take this program any further than he has. It will be 21 years of average play, with NO ACC regular season titles, NO ACC Tournament titles, NO Final Fours, and NO Natties. Give him credit for fooling the Clemson basketball faithful.

I am sure that you understand basketball. There was no reason to be completely outplayed in the first half. Even missing shots, we looked lost and slow. That falls on preparation. The were prepared better than we were. So we were outcoached! At the end of the game clock management and lack of fouling lost us precious time

That’s what people don’t get. Criticism is appropriate and in this instance very much more than usual. This is a systemic failure in the program that must be recognized as such. It’s beyond inexcusable just like the loss to the chickens last November.

You mean the systematic failure we lost to the coots in football or basketball? Bc if that’s the case you probably want Dabo gone too…The best team doesn’t always win.. especially in rivalry games.. anyways brad has done a heck of a job the least 2 years and so have these players.. I nvr said he was the best coach just saying upsets happen.

Definitely not bashing Dabo… Dabo has earned a lifetime contract here… and some of the people on here bash him and not comparing the 2 coaches.. I think it’s harder to win a national championship in basketball than football but that’s a debate for another day

The joke was on all Clemson fans thinking Brad Brownell would be able to beat a 12 seed with his best ever Clemson team. 13 points in first half is a bad joke. Not having team ready to face a zone is a sad joke joke. And listening to Brownell apologists chastise fans after a seismic choke job isn't gonna jive. Take the L BrowneLLLL earned it.

Do you think Clemson was the better prepared team or McNeese? Do you think our guys looked well motivated? Did Brad show just a speck of fire in the first half? That’s where this game was lost despite a valiant late second half effort.
What adjustments did Brad make to stem the bleeding in the first half?
If you’re knocking down 3s, keep shooting them. However, when you’re just not making them, at some point do you not try to penetrate or get the bigs more involved.
If scoring 13 points in a half against McNeese doesn’t merit some criticism, then pray tell what does?
Overall, I’ve enjoyed the effort and hard nosed play of this team and credit Brownell for fitting the pieces together, but today was a terrible and unacceptable loss that most definitely warrants some criticism.

Good season. Maybe top 10 or 15. But we didn’t reach expectations and it’s highly disappointing. At this point in the program it’s not okay to proclaim some historical season when the ACC has been proven AWFUL. It’s not acceptable to lose in the first round to a 12-seed. Spin any way you want, but facts are facts. Spare us the bs.
