The real story with Kyle Rittenhouse

Before the Kenosha riots where the city was destroyed, Cops shot a black man named Jacob Blake.
The media narrative that came about was that Jacob Blake broke up a fight, cops confront him, he walks to his car and was shot in the back 7 times. Jacob Blake was unarmed. If you went against the grain and disputed this account, you were deemed a racist. Drew Brees was even shamed so bad about it, he honored Jacob Blake on his helmet.
The true story came out after a few weeks and Jacob Blake was at a woman's house that had a restraining order on him. She called the cops. He was armed with a knife and resisted arrest. He reached into his car for something and that's when he was shot. There were also 2 kids in the car. This was a justified shooting.
There was a night of riots where over 30 fires were set and many buildings were destroyed. It was obvious from riots in other cities, that nothing was going to be done by the national guard or law enforcement.
Rittenhouse attended the second night of riots. He was there to provide medical aid and protect businesses (as backed up by video). He worked in Kenosha and he was there earlier in the day to clean up after the first night of riots.
He was there w/ a rifle and was walking around asking if anybody needed medical help. The first person that was shot was acting erratically all night. He had a violent criminal history and had some pretty serious mental health issues. He began chasing rittenhouse and threw something at him. At that time, somebody shot at rittenhouse. Rittenhouse turned around and shot the first person.
After that happened rittenhouse turned to run to police for help. While he was running toward the police he was attacked by two more people. One person bashed him over the head with a skate board and the other pointed a pistol at him. Rittenhouse shot them both. He then continued to run to police for help.
After this happened, mainstream media painted him as a trump supporting domestic terrorist despite clear video showing that he was being attacked. He was there to shoot black people at a BLM protest.
It's sad that a 17 year old kid feels the need to protect the town that he works and socializes in because they know law enforcement will just let BLM burn down the city. It was incredibly stupid for him to be there, but I can understand why he was. After he gets off, he's going to be able to sue the #### out of many media outlets.

because you are mad about something, you are among the oppressed. Our VP will bail you out of jail. If you think you should protect someone else's private property, you are a fascist worthy of the weight of govt punishment.
All racism should be identified and eliminated. And vigilantism is already illegal and should be. But Wisconsin's star witness, who was shot in the arm while pointing a piston at Kyle's face from a distance of 2 feet, has sued the local governments for - and I am not making this up - $10 Million because he was shot. That's his business, but according to some msm articles posted on this board, it was Kyle's fault. That is where we are.

Citing a major media source (just one will do) that actually states this:
"...if you burn down someone else's livelihood because you are mad about something, you are among the oppressed."
Something like NY Times, WaPo, WSJ, NPR... you know. Anything like that. Something where they actually state that as fact in a news story or they make this argument in a staff editorial. Not quoting some random person who said this or publishing some radical person's column that espouses this opinion.

Gimme a break. We had the POS dumbcrat NC governor (Cooper) saying, in context of the George Floyd (convicted felon and drug addict) riots in downtown Raleigh where millions of dollars of damage to private property were done, that "people are more important than property."
Governor Cooper said Sunday. “Let me be clear about one thing: People are more important than property. Black Lives do Matter.”
So, are you stupid? Do you know understand what this means? While people are in the middle of riots destroying property, the state governor says this. If you don't get it, then you have bigger problems than we all thought.

I'll tell you what, Tucker Carlson's intro tonight was on this and the total blatant lies put out by CNN, MSNBC and others were completely ridiculous. It's not like there are rumors of what was said, we can see them on video doing it. I challenge the Tucker haters to watch the first 15 minutes of TC and tell TNet why he's wrong? He's not because all he did was show testimony from witnesses, show fames of real video, and show what the liberal, progressive talking heads are saying all of which were lies.

Lmao. I'm looking back at threads where you commented on rittenhouse. You stated multiple times that he was only there because he wanted to shoot somebody with his rifle.
"Rittenhouse took a firearm to a protest/riot with the hopes of shooting someone." You also called him a white supremacist.

While watch the trial. Looks like the only thing the state of Wi has left to get KR on is underage in possession of a weapon, but there is a long rifle provision there where he may be exempt from even that.

Aside from the gun charge, they know they have nothing now. They wish they could just move on and that it's very likely a losing battle for them. They don't have a case. Kyle Rittenhouse seems like someone I would not like, but the guys he shot seem very unlikable. People went their to raise he *l and they attacked the wrong guy. He defended himself. Case closed. I don't see how the prosecution could ever get a conviction. No way you can get a jury to agree to convict. I would never convict.

This is the one where I asked him to reflect on his current understanding of the case and consider if he is getting the best info from his media sources...
I guess there’s still a chance the jury finds him guilty of everything, but that’s hard to imagine with the facts of the case and the states main witness admitting he wasn’t shot until he pointed his gun in KR’s face.

I've said the same I'm saying now. I think you and I discussed this case early on.
I thought self defense although I think they could possibly get unintentional homicide.
But, it's all just debates. We never know what a jury may do. I think we all thought the girl from Florida who murdered her daughter would be found guilty. (I forget her name atm)
