Remember Joe Wilson yelling that at Obama about the ACA covering illegals?

He was right:

He made an ### of himself, and he was wrong then. The text literally says "The ACA's normal regulations explicitly exclude non-citizens living in the U.S. illegally from collecting the benefits of the program".

I guess he looked into the future and saw that a state would get a special waiver to do something that is explicitly forbidden in ACA...

I you read the article, you'll find that the ACA comes with a provision for states to request that waiver. Ergo, it's in the law.
