Felon with Same Everything.....

So there is an idiot living here in MI (another one, not just me) and he is a multiple felon. This piece of s**t has the same name, birthday and all as I do. What are the freaking odds. So ever since I have lived here its been issues with my drivers license supposedly being suspended, AT A TRAFFIC STOP, tax lien now on our house now, since we are selling and then the best was when I was asked to "prove" who I am cause we live across the street from a school and he is a sex offender.
All in all, its been a mess. So this morning I went down to MI State Police office and requested to get my fingerprints done in order to separate myself from this jackhole. Get this, the MSP said, "we arent sure how to do that?" So then I call the SBI, "yeah, they can finger print you for $15 and that would be the best route". I go back to MSP with the SBI letter and they say literally, "this is confusing".
Main point, here in MI when you pull your criminal record, anyone close to your name pops up on your record. Its insanely idiotic. So I have to somehow get my fingerprints done, which no one knows how to do obviously, so in worse case, my fingerprints can save me or when pulling a criminal report, I am separated.
TLDR: guy with same name that is felon is causing major headaches.
