I am a Clemson fan, not an ACC fan and certainly not an SEC fan like so many Gamecock wannabees.
Has being in the SEC done anything positive for Arkansas or South Carolina over the 3 decades those two teams have been in that league where every fan claims a win whenever some team, any team from that league does something?

Nothing but more money. They do get better recruits with bad records, because they are in the SEC. Of course, they transfer out like the Gamecocks best players possibly did last year.

This is where no one can understand the SEC unless you are a member. We are proud of our conference, love our conference and blessed to be within it. We fight each other on the field like cat and dogs but are all brothers and pull for each other to do well. It is more important for the conference to do well, as a whole, than for my team to dominate in a weak conference and our brother teams to struggle. If we spend 150 million on facilities then we hope the other schools do the same. If our team fails to sign an outstanding five star recruit then we want him to sign with another SEC school and stay in the conference making it stronger. We want the conference to be the best there is. A rising tide raises all boats. It's 'us' versus 'them'. If you were on the inside looking out you would understand. The SEC is like no other.

we’re seeded to win their games yesterday(all were 1 or 2 seeds) yet 1 lost. 6 ACC teams were seeded to win their games yesterday( 4 1’s, 2 2’s) and 6 won. (BC lost as a 2 but NCSU as a 3 made up for it)
