Gun violence reminds me a lot of our education problems.

Jan 10, 2013, 8:31 AM

It's really not about too much or too little money (guns), it's a people problem.

So, while I don't think adding guns to schools will solve the gun violence problem, necessarily, I can see it having an impact on the people problem. Therefore, we need to arm all our students, parents, and teachers, until the people problem corrects itself.

Send your recommendations to Obama and all your congressional wienies in support of Snuffy for Sec. of Education. Thank you.

Falsehood flies, and truth comes limping after it, so that when men come to be undeceived, it is too late; the jest is over, and the tale hath had its effect: like a man, who hath thought of a good repartee when the discourse is changed, or the company parted; or like a physician, who hath found out an infallible medicine, after the patient is dead.

The problem with gun violence is the same thing as the problem with education: government control.

Gun Free Zones (government control) in public schools (government control) create easy targets for mass shooters.

Funding based on demographics and standardized test scores (government control) driving the curriculum in public schools (government control) create prison-like dumbing-down institutions for our children.

It is vital that we disarm legal gun owners to save the children. It is time!!!

considering the states with the poorest quality of public education are the most violent, then I agree..
