I picked up a pork belly at Costco this weekend. Any suggestions on cooking methods? Of course, slicing into bacon is an option, but I've also heard various smoking recipes. Just wanted some experienced ideas.

Marinade then air-fry from one of the cook books he has. If I remember later, I'll get pictures of the recipes.

Actually looking to make one of these later this week when he's not at marching band camp until 9:00 at night...
