A federal district court judge rejected a claim by the U.S. Department of Defense that the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine being administered under Emergency Use Authorization is interchangeable with Pfizer’s fully licensed Comirnaty vaccine.

I've been wondering about the possible nuanced difference between those two vaccines for a while.

Seems like Phizer is trying to somehow claim they have an approved vaccine while also enjoying the legal protection of the EUA.

Of course, the politicians and Scientists™ have gone "all in" on this, so I suspect the law, which appears to be cut and dry, will be ignored.

I'm not saying to avoid the vaccine, just that there's some shady crap involved.

It was done to fast track mandates since they declared it FDA approved.
