Just looked over the menu, I must confess that’s not in my downtown restaurant rotation. I’m getting a steak, the ribeye if they have them. I’m also avoiding that wine list like the plague, and either taking my own bottle or drinking a beer. If you must, pine ridge Chenin is an acceptable white, for salads or apps or apertivo, though frankly it’s not very exciting.

Like seriously. Who wants some fatty red meat with gristle all up in it?
I mean, beef in general ain't my bag. A steak MIGHT get in the rotation once a year. Just don't care for it. If I do eat it though, I'm not trying to eat one that looks like Holly Rowe.
