because Indiana did not show any interest in him?
Maybe that’s a reason for not showing up for the postseason games?
I mean… we’re all human. I get it.
He could’ve just been really down.
And the team takes on the energy of the coach.
Although finding out he could legally steal $3 Million a year for 6 more years should’ve pepped him up some.
I would think so.
Anyway…just wondering what y’all think.

His current contract tops out at $4.5 million a year. He’s gonna be taking a lot more than $3 a year.

That’s before the extension that is forthcoming. He also gets bonuses based on ACC tourney seeding and even for making the NIT. It’s absolute robbery.

So, I can’t lie, for the longest time I was not a fan of BB, but he has turned it around the last couple of seasons. He wasn’t the problem with the team scoring 13 points in the first half against Mcneese. Our team overachieved this year, and they had a terrible half against a really good team in the tournament. They made up for it by fighting til the end, getting back in the game, and almost winning. That is a tribute to good coaching. I think we give it a few years and if we really regress, there will be a pretty decent coach at NC State that is an alumn and will probably be interested.

Oh yeah, you can tell that something has clicked and Brad has definitely turned the corner, losing to McNeese State notwithstanding. Almost winning is definitely underrated around here.

I'm not sure if he's good at being the hunted. As the SEC has shown, the FB schools are the new big boys now. He may be stepping it up, since the landscape's changed. We need to reevaluate after next year to make sure we are on the right path. This year's post season may just been an anomaly on the rise.
