I like the praise for the new kid. A very fast receiver may be just the missing ingredient in our offense.

True freshman receiving punts scares the hellout of me, they always have. It takes a little time to block out everything that's going on around them with the cover team coming at them at breakneck speed that usually cause a true freshman to put the ball on the ground before they have secured it... Yes, I hate knowing a true freshman is fielding a punt....

coming from the players about the offense or the defense. Have any of the press been allowed to observe the practices? Is this by design by not giving anything way? If so then that's fine and probably a good move. Any real talking should be on the field. Could we see a "shock and awe" and take off like a jet or will see see a locomotive start? Won't be long now. Spot the ball.
