Tucker Israel to corner....

With him being buried on the depth chart and competing with James Barnes for the 4th string spot and with youth at corner, maybe it's time to switch Israel to corner. He has decent speed and he is the size of most corners, so it might benefit him to get some playing time.

People can trash you all they want but this confirms Clemson is big time. I remember seeing a 5 star running back in Fla score 6 tds in the state champ for 5 or 6 A serious Fla HS football.
He signed with Fla and they used him as safety. Some may recognize the name Matt Elam and he is a safety at the NFL level. That's when I realized how far behind Fla Fla st etc both Clemson and SC. Good teams recruit athletes and play them where they need them because they have 5 star back ups. They had a rb or 3 and this hot shot would have to play somewhere else. He did and was a stud
Clemson is there now. When you can take a 4 or 5 star QB and move him to CB you are big time. All but about 5 universities would have begged for Elam to come in and play RB. Fla said come in we play you where we need you.
Whether he moves or not is irrelevant. The fact is Clemson has back up players capable of moving positions that most schools would love to have as starters.
I am not a fan of We too deep because it has really been a joke for years. Even though I dislike the saying, It is actually true now

I see him transfering to a smaller school B4 changing positions.(Tucker I.)
But, with that said... if Bryant doesn't get it going by MID-season. You could see a move with him, WR?

My thoughts, too. If he is set on QB, he

needs to set his GPS for another city, or hang loose and get a degree at Clemson.

Willy Korn tried that and it did not work.

We should try moving him to the O line, nothing Batson can't fix.

Barnes didn't look too bad in the scrimmage. I think we got lucky when he decided to walk on instead of playing for a smaller school. Seems like he comes from a very athletic family, with his brother pitching for the Tigers.

If he doesn't improve his passing game, I see Bryant moving before Israel.
