FUNDAMENTALS!! I am tired of seeing the grab-assing and reaching. Do we have one player that knows how to lower his shoulder pads into someone? The last 2 years have been the worst technique and fundamentals that I have ever seen on a defense.

We just stand straight up and let guys just run over us or have a silly looking scrum and let the other team steamroll us for 10 extra yards.

We are just like the coots were with the run-and-shoot. All glamour and no toughness. It gets exposed every time when you face a team that punches you in the mouth. Defense wins championships and we are a long way away from it. Too bad all the offensive firepower will graduate before we see a serviceable defense again at Clemson. PITIFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

fooled on misdirection, unable to cover the flat.

In short, a repeat of last year. D gave up 9+ yards per play, that's the bottom line.

Nope, we need to see Townsend, Steward and Goodson now.
