Will we continue to see more 3 DL formations like we showed vs GT?

Or was that just BV's strategy vs the spread option? It does make sense, especially until we get better depth at the DT position. Would love to see more speed on the field to counter Mond.

the rather generic and vanilla offense and defense you saw on the field v. Georgia Tech was entirely by design.

I think what we'll see tomorrow afternoon v. Texas A & M will be very different.

we were playing 4 lineman, just dropping our wde off the line of scrimmage. I doubt we show that against Jimbo's Offense.

^This. It was nothing new. We've done that in the past (quite a bit with Austin Bryant actually), but they usually dropped back at the snap, not before the snap to better disguise it.

I think we will continue to do it in certain situations to help protect against a quick short slant or blitz a LB to catch teams off guard. Or you know, any other reason BV sees to do it...
