That flag is on there for the same reason the CFB Playoff trophy has Dr. Pepper on the base, and the Crystal Ball is sitting on an Amway trophy display.
Clemson Alumni are spending their organization's money to get the flags all the way to Mississippi, I think they can have a little credit for that
