I guess because, amazingly in this media age, they were able to keep a tight lid on it AND do some sirius misdirection at the same time.
LSU must feel like Jim Carrey in Dumb and Dumber: "So you're telling me there's a chance!" Nope, not even that much of one.

Wonder who is on OU's wish list? Some say CBV, but I don't think so. He seems so committed to Clemson and so in love with this team, the area, the rapport he has with the other coaches. And it just seems he likes being a DC. Head coaching is a much greater challenge. I could be wrong, but I hope not.

It seems like some beta boy stuff to me. Lower expectations and competition because you got bullied by your rival and couldn’t win a championship.
