Why do women laugh at men who drink wine?

I tried classing up my routine and hit up Twin Peaks last night instead of taking advantage of the usual Tuesday night Cantina 76 discounted Mexican beer special. My singular goal was to meet a special lady that I can take to California with me next week to visit a bunch of wineries since I’ve recently become single again and was told that the trip was non-refundable.

I got all dressed up. Clemson 2018 championship button down shirt, no ball cap, shoes with laces and even wore a belt. I wanted to look like I knew what I was doing so I ordered four different kinds of wine to go with the appetizers I ordered with my 1/2 price app coupon.

Anyhow, I thought I’d have to swat away the babes like flies. It turns out that the ladies treated me even worse than the time I tried to pick up women by offering swigs of a pint of Wild Turkey I sneaked into the 11:00, 3:00, and 7:00 showings of Fifty Shades of Grey years ago.

I can only chalk this up to the fact I was drinking wine. Honestly, if I was drinking my normal Red Bull and vodkas with an occasional beer for hydration, I wouldn’t have woken up by myself in a recliner this morning with some girl in Eastern Europe yelling at me to wake up and pay more or she would end the live stream.

How am I supposed to find a girl to go with me so I don’t look like a loser on my trip?

1) My dad starting dating a woman and she had a cute daughter

2) Someone randomly gave me a girl's number

3) My brother was dating a girl and she had a cute sister

4) My friend and I were driving down Clemson blvd and these girls were eyeing us, we pulled over and talked

5) I had a step-sister with cute friends and she set me up with 3 of them (at different times)

6) My mom picked up a girl's number at a wedding and we had a mutual friend (see #3)

7) I was hanging out with a friend at Clemson and a girl walks in and we buddybook each other

8) I was working out at Fike and my roommate says hey to this Asian chick he knows. A bunch of us go out together later
