Ogundeko is not going to make any impact on a game this year, and we hadn't played him in a game yet. He should have been redshirted. I don't understand why he played today.

Looks more like a typo. Listed a tackle under Ogundeko but may have been Boulware.

I think if you play one play you burn your redshirt.
It's different if he were to get injured.
I think we're pass the percentage of the season to qualify for that anyway.

^^^actually, that's associated with an injury. I thought there was a % associated with the number of plays, etc...but now I am not so sure.

The "practices but does not compete" line suggests you are correct. One play = toast.

His tackle and "play" was on a punt where he supposedly made a tackle. But if you watch the replay of that play, it is the play where Boulware (#10 and not #1) is injured on the tackle.

I saw Ebo dressed on the sideline. Never saw him on the field though. I hope you're right and it's a typo.
