Why ask the coaches about it?

If the BOT is 1000% behind staying ACC, why bring the two coaches on conference call to ask their opinion?

I'm not into conspiracy theories, however that seems like odd logic to me.

Why not have them in the loop? It doesn't necessarily mean that the board is going to do one thing or another. However, it certainly shows that they are trying take some input. Maybe the had questions about how recruiting was being effected? Maybe they wanted to get information on how the current players felt about things etc... The BOT is ###### if you do and ###### if you don't. Maybe they gave DS and BB some talking points.
