I'm stoked.
Here is my recipe:
8 diced roma tomatoes
1 diced sweet/white onion
2 of the little packages of cilantro, diced.
4 jalapenos (dry roasted in cast iron)
2 cloves of garlice (dry roasted in cast iron)
Juice of 2 limes
2 tbsp salt
1/2 tbsp Cumin

jalapenos cause I know what it will taste like and I dont want to mess up a big batch.
Fresh salsa is 1,000x better than any canned kind, even homemade and canned.
