Who's the bet football "power" to have a 40 year title drought?

Jan 11, 2022, 7:28 PM

Looks like Notre Dame will get there in 8 years from their 1988 last title.

Nebraska and Tennessee getting long in the tooth now with no signs of righting the ship. They will have to go into the 2030s though to reach 40 years.

Oklahoma halfway to the mark now.

How about Penn State? They haven't won a Natty since 1986.

Colorado. They were one of the top teams in the 90s, now they are PAC 12 bottom feeders.

Cooterville State has a 126 year drought going but they're no where near considered a "power' program other than by their delusional fan base. They only have the one league championship and that drought is entering 53 pathetic seasons in it's self.

They'll win it again in August, though.

You must be joking. Coots just won another National Championship yesterday.
