since:

1. It's the emblem known by football fans everywhere, NOT the difficult to see & read Clemson Alumni logo.

2. It's difficult to wave two flags on a tall & heavy pole..thus the lower PAW flag doesn't get unfurled much unless there's a lot of wind to help.
