The one thing I am going to miss is the textile bowl against NC State. Our fan bases are really similar and always seem to get along. I think GT is coming with us so there was not point putting their rivalry with them on here.

Those northern schools added to the ACC don't give a ####. And, yes, I believe we will fare better in the Big 12 for baseball.

the right coach. I remember we took some butt kickings by them in the 70's. I think Syracuse cares when they win as well. Miami wanted BC and the ACC wanted Miami - what were we supposed to do. Miami had power when they joined. If it were today, we wouldn't have give in, but at the time, they were within 5 years of a MNC.
KSU and Baylor didn't draw flies either when they were losing.
Everything cycles.
