which is why I have posted it from time to time, over the last 20 years.
There are only 5 schools in (Major College Division 1-A, Power 5, FBS, whatever they're calling it this week) that have NEVER EVEN APPEARED IN A MAJOR BOWL GAME IN THEIR HISTORY. The bottom of the barrel dregs; schools which have never even lucked into at least one really great season in 100+ years...

Vanderbilt
NC State (LOL)
South Carolina (ROTFLMAO!!)
Yes, even notorious bottom feeders like Duke, Wake, Indiana, Kansas, Northwestern, etc, have broken through at least once.
And when you consider that SCAR has poured more resources into their program than any of the others... money, big coaching hires, conference moves, huge stadium, and all of that...
I don't think anyone can deny they're the ALL TIME BIGGEST UNDERACHIEVER IN COLLEGE FOOTBALL HISTORY.
