Is the product on the field worth the $$ we're spending? Clemson currently

generates roughly $78.2M/year in revenues.
Miami: $75.5M
FSU: $86.7M
Syracuse: $54.9M
GT: $56.7M
Source: The Athletic
So, are we satisfied with the product on the field for the money we generate??

We had ZERO scholarship RB carries on Saturday. Not one. That means we have zero development in the RB room.
Only 3 pass attempts to TE's........
Let's not forget that Randall was recruited as a WR.

But I was answering the question posed in the OP. I’m not in the locker room so I can’t speak to why the #5 RB recruit in the country is not playing right now (Gideon Davidson). Maybe he isn’t quite ready. With that said, it’s hard for me to commit to saying we have zero RB development when a former WR has been converted into a RB is averaging nearly 6 yards per carry this season. I’m not defending the RB coaching, but if we are going to be critical of development, we should also be willing to give credit?

Where was the development last year when we had an obviously injured RB1 and

still refused to give other RBs significant snaps? The excuse was we needed Phil's blocking, but he was playing with a serious shoulder injury that obviously compromised his play, particularly his blocking

It's an odd circumstance Francis Marion®, particularly with Tristan Leigh and others commenting on Gideon Davidson as a top performer in Summer practices.
Despite his critical fumbles probably due to inexperience at his new position, Randall has played tougher than 90% of the team in 2025. Props to him.
With this being Randall's only Clemson season at RB and likely his last year of football as a player, I suggest Dabo may want to give Davidson and Eziomume some reps to prep for the future and to make both freshmen part of the team before the Jan 2026 transfer portal date.

and like everyone else, can only speculate. I’d love to us get more RBs some snaps, but it’s hard to not give Randall touches when he is arguably the brightest spot on offense.
There are a lot of fair criticisms of the staff and players every season. Unfortunately, you have to sift through some really bad takes to get to the good ones.

No not saying he is not giving his all and doing alright.but this was given out of favoritism.you might not believe it but its the truth.gd and ez both deserve and I along with many others would argue that both are better at the rb position than randall

No, we aren’t satisfied. But I would sure hate to be judged solely by only the low points in my life…

No more than $10M of that $78M should be spent on coaches and staff - total. Not one friggin guy, the whole staff. People will coach good football for the low to mid six figures in Upstate SC and live like kings all day.

I agree that 10 million should be enough for ANY coaching staff, but alas , that isn’t the case. A team would never see the CFP with such a budget.

Now here is a post we should be asking. You can be as loud as you want, but nothing will be as loud as the actions of a fan base and if they spend money or not.
