Hypothetically, what would be Clem & SCar record if we swapped schedules?

I would think we would have beaten VT, Kentucky, and SC State as well and both of us loss to LSU. However, in that stretch of games with Mizzou, Okla, Bama, Vandy, Miss, TAMU where they went 0 for 6, I think we would have likely played to our capabilities in maybe one of those games and gotten a win despite all those teams overall being better than us this year.
Clemson's record would be 4-6 (SCar current record is 3-7)
I think SCar would have definitely beaten Troy, UNC, and BC. Also, they probably would have beaten Syracuse (unlike us) and loss to GT. That leaves SMU, Duke, FSU, & Lou. I'm of the belief that they'd probably go 2-2 vs those teams just like us and again both of us loss to LSU.
SCar record would be 6-4 (Clem current record is 5-5)
Although our record is better and I believe we'd even have a better record with their schedule, these will be two fairly evenly matched teams playing in 10 days.

meaning on that day, the team that makes the fewest mistakes (e.g., turnovers, blown coverages, unforced errors, and boneheaded penalties) likely wins.

Personally, I think you've pretty much nailed it.

Absolutely love your optimism but I do not think we would have a better record than what they currently have. They have had a slate of tough games. I don’t say that every season but now since they did away with divisions it opens up the possibility of a really tough schedule. They could have beat Bama, gave away the A&M game. I dislike SC as much as the next guy but they have some athletes on that team. If they had a better OL they would have been an issue for more of the teams on their schedule. If we don’t have a good defensive game plan and cannot get Sellers on the ground like last year it’s going to be a long night for the good guys.

In this hypothetical do we get the extra 10-20 million a year they've been getting being a welfare queen of the SEC media deal?
