how FAST Deon Cain looked. You have Feaster (pretty quick guy) and a couple ncsu guys trying to run him down, and Deon is just cruising amongst them in case he needs a block.

because he's not carrying the ball in one arm. Higgins is plenty fast, but I'm just sayin', a ball carrier is not as fast when he has a ball in one arm. Swing and churn of arms is really im portant on top end speed, it's just physiology. Surprised how few people realize this, but thought I'd inform.
