Read the UL Labels on everything you want to run and add up the load.
If you get the solar option, you can charge the battery while you use it.

Hot plate probably not. But we used a pair of deep cycle batteries harnessed in parallel to run inverter to power large flat screen, audio bar, self-locating Dish satellite antenna, and some fans. Never ran out of juice during longest tailgates.

No way.
My Honda 2000 can't handle my tv, dish box, and 3 crackpots when they all kick in at the same time.

I would recommend just getting a generator. I have a Jackery 1000 that would only run a 1000 watt TV for an hour. It was around $1000 when I got it 5 years ago. The bigger ones you would need are probably 2-3 times more expensive.

Aferify P210 is currently on sale for $639 on Amazon. Probably the best deal I’ve seen for a power station. It’s a 2400W and 2048 wh battery. I’m planning on running a tv and a starlink with it. Assuming the tv will run around 120 watts and the starlink will pull about 60 on average, I’m expecting to get about 12 hours. This power station would give you the freedom to add a few other devices but of course you’d be sacrificing your overall time having power. But by far, this is the best deal I’ve come across.

Yup...it can run pretty much anything you've got for a whole day without a recharge
