I asked about this yesterday. Never really got an answer, except that Tnet has nothing to do with the ads.

"If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is..."

Still - I'd like to tie up a few of these acres into some pending litigation.

No Keowee has not gone to crap. Most beautiful lake around. This must be a scam. Average lake front lot sells for over $300K.

Agreed - my FIL has a beautiful house up there. Easily 2m+. We've looked at buying a small lot up there, and can't find anything for less than 250k. That's why I have a real hard time believing this add is anywhere near correct. Their website leaves a lot to be desired and other than saying something to the effect of the log cabin package only contains the materials to build the home, and doesn't come pre-built (which is par for the course), there is no small print.
