The short version is because Otis ran into a sideways Mackey

at a bar at some point. Otis started spraking off at him and Mackey taught him a lesson. After hotsawce got out of the hospital he came on here talking trash on Mackey. Through hours of speculation and connecting the dots, we (I) assumed that this built up angst was due to a 3 way cuck/bull relationship that's been deteriorating, and Otis is starting to feel like the 3rd wheel.
