Unless they have changed this in the past year, it is 2. I have carried my daughter and son in at 3 and 4 though. For the most part, as long as you carry them in and they set in your lap, you should be fine. You can always look on back of your tickets too.

Typically, if they're small enough to sit on your lap, Clemson's not going to give you a hard time about it. It's one of those things where if you don't abuse it, they'll take care of the family.
