About 3 months ago, and many times in the past. Aside from the homeless camps and some petty property theft, it is a very safe city and an extremely desirable place to live you can afford it. I mean, if it were such a crappy place, it owuld not have insane property values. But there are a lot of people who live in their cars yet hold down jobs; the place certainly is not perfect. Korean investors came in and bought up a ton of the city about 10 years ago.
