Best football post-game tradition - Gathering at the Paw

Running down the hill is included in all the "Best College Football Traditions" lists and in the "Best Football Entrances" lists, but I think that our post-game Gathering at the Paw tradition is just as awesome. Are there any comparable post-game traditions at other schools?

has got to be the best post game tradition. I may not watch that game, or most of that game, but I will tune in if at all possible to see the end, and that tradition. Because the right to sing last is EARNED on the field each year.
That does not diminish the fact that Gathering at the Paw is awesome.

Gathering At the Paw is a new thing. When I was growing up in the early 60's, kids went on the field after every game. No such thing as storming the field, just kids looking for their heros. No way I would let a young child get in the middle of the chaos after a game today.

All the Fraternities and sororities gathered to sing the Alma Mater with the team and the cheerleaders. Then students started following which grew into kids joining to get autographed items and patents had to follow to keep in touch.
Clemson is one of only 2 schools that allow field entrance post game. Clemson tried to stop it in the 80s because they tore down the goal posts during the Black Magic years and one post cost $14k back then. Once they got the retractable goal posts, the fans joined the players to meet at the paw
Great tradition, hopefully it stays safe and cool experience for all!

I think the gathering at the paw is embarrassing, but I graduated in ‘99.
Honorable mention traditions:
Auburn tailgates are under-rated
WVU- Postgame couch incineration
Willy B- Butseks in the terlits

It’s one of those “act like you’ve been there before” things to me.
I feel like storming the field is similar to ripping down the goalposts and should be reserved for huge wins.

Just an over reaction of the fans and insinuate wr are rude and too rambunctious. The commentary should announce this in the last 2min of the game since it is a well known tradition. A tradition that isn't fined since it has existed fore centuries and it happens even when we lose. While the passion may be reduced, we still meet at the paw.
Every year you see some new freelance writer pick on Clemson about storming the field with doing any research as to why it happened then and every home game I can remember. Pi$$es you of as a fan when writers try to get their little digs and yet they wrote about something they have zero history about.
