That can only mean that it's time for you to call a real estate agent, or, go to lowes and get a sign that says, For Sale by owner. There is a 3d choice, but it's risky bc, it has something to with matches, and a 5 pound bag of match light charcoal!!!

Mine is a dookie. My son loves shouting "go tigers" at them.
Tis ok, neighbors change but my father-in-law is a Jawja alum, so is my best friend, and my son's best friend's mother../. never seems to bother me because I just talk about winning national championships and I don't hear a peep.
If you really want to claim the neighborhood, I pained my house purple, with orange door a ever so slightly green trim on the windows. Because we are back in the woods, you would be amazed how the purple blends in for both the summer and winter - a lot better than the brown beforehand.

I suppose the only guarantee is they didn't go to UGA. I have yet to meet a UGA fan who actually went there. I hear it's a pretty good school, so maybe the grads are actually out there being productive!
