The FFR case

Apr 16, 2014, 11:03 AM

actually could be pretty important. The goal seems to be to prevent anyone from sharing their faith while on the job. I don't believe that is established by the state for employees. Questions to be answered would include is being open about one's faith, even on the job, proseltyzing? If someone comes to you with a faith quesion, can you answer it? Can university employees arrange voluntary faith based activities? Is a chaplain permitted(what about congress?) Legally, so long as no one has been compelled to participate, their does not seem to be a case. We've been through something similar with the players being bussed to church, so I don't see the university caving. It actually could prove pretty interesting
