Check out the new HC hire at Arkansas - Sam Pittman. I'll try this link. Go to about 4:30 in for Sam.
Actually he's supposed to be an excellent recruiter. This is his 1st HC job. He might be great, who knows. Just a bit different, though.

Similar to Scar and Tennessee, Arkansas had to settle for someone way down their wish list. Lots of coaches turned them down. Not likely to work but you never know.
