I know we're winning but Boyd continues to be a liability...

Nov 2, 2013, 5:30 PM

I swear he has regressed as the season has unfolded. He sure does not look like an experienced QB looking down his receivers on almost every play.

Well, if this is what it takes to be up by

28 at the half, I will take it!

"Because at the end of the game, everyone knew that they weren’t that much better than us or better than us at all."

Look good on the final series, but you correct. Has not looked like a 5th year with NFL money on the line.

He was throwing to wide open Rs against a prevent D!***

Not sure if serious...

You are, of course, welcome to your opinion

But I think it laughable that anyone would argue that the QB who just set the record for being responsible for the most TD's in conference history is a liability. He hasn't been nearly as sharp as he has at other points in the past, but he had made some dang good throws, his only interception was basically a punt on third and long, and led a great drive for 80 yards in under a minute.

Honestly, the notion that he is a liability strikes me as genuinely funny.

The truth = liability***

We don't have the depth at receiver that we have had.

Nov 2, 2013, 5:34 PM

That plays a big part in it. He just doesn't have the weapons around him that he has had.

He looked super on the last drive.

Nov 2, 2013, 5:37 PM

He is thinking too much. He just needs to relax and play. Maybe the injury has him out of sink.

But he has been inconsistent

flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

Yes, but so have a lot of other players.***

95-yd touchdowns...man, what regression

Nov 2, 2013, 5:44 PM

There are some things that Boyd doesn't always do well, but please, don't think every sack caused partially by botched blocking is Boyd suddenly returning to his form as a RS Freshman

Clemson

24/29 (83% completion rate) for 377 yds (13 ypa) and 3 TDs
