Pumpers: satisfied with anything better than Hatfield/West era results, anything more is being greedy, Dabo is infallible and those who dare criticize him shall be smote or at least TD’d. Windshield mentality except when talking about postive accomplishments of the past
Dumpers: want to fire CDS, normally trolls, unlikely went to CU, if they aren’t coots they’re likely bandwagon fans who jumped on board in about 2015

I’d say it’s akin to “right” and “left” politically. There are variations and nuances. To me, you’re a pumper. See no issue with coaching at all. I’d venture to say no issue last year, or three years before that with our OC. It’s simply “trust Dabo”, and anything other than that the term “coot” and “dumper” is thrown out to label those that disagree. I see (and have for some time) coaching issues. A stale offensive plan. The motion we used and trick plays against UNC was refreshing. A couple years ago, it was easy to see we would not attack the center of the field.
I see it as coaching, the buck stops there. You see it differently. Am I right? Who knows. Are you? You seem to be one million percent sure. Call me a dumper, I called Streeter being subpar. I guess I was then.
I trust Dabo to right the ship, just too slowly at times. Just do not believe all of our assistants are top shelf assistants. The odds that these never-had-experience coaches all from Clemson being A level are lottery winning times twelve odds.
A pumper also will clap back at anyone that wants portal players. The sheer mention of it by anyone draws ire.
Bottom line: the dumpers don’t know they are dumpers and pumpers don’t know they are pumpers. Just like political views, they both think they are 100 correct.

I would love for “Pumper” and “Dumper” to be properly defined. I think everyone has their own personally opinion on what each means.
There needs to be 3rd group added. “Truther”. I feel like that’s where I land. I say what I feel is the truth in my eyes. Many would agree and disagree with how I feel, obviously.
So this is a simple description of the pumper and dumper thing to me.
Pumper: Never criticize Dabo, and defend Dabo at all costs. Everything is fine and you’re a coot if you don’t agree. IMO, comes across very bad.
Dumper: Willing to criticize Dabo, and their perceived state of the program. Usually negative in nature, and translates to pumpers as a shot at Dabo. Thinks the portal is the answer to everything and insists on changes to the staff all the way up to Dabo himself. Again, comes across bad.
Truther: not sure this exists or even could. Can you tell your truth and not come across as either of the others?

I largely stay off the boards during football season. The percentage of quality content goes way way down during football season. I will read articles (just joined the 100 day streak club), but my board interaction decreases. I mostly look for posts from people like @T_I_P who discuss things other than football. Don't get me wrong - I like football content... I just don't care much for all of the whining by people who just want to disagree with each other on something.

Fact is Cade had a nice run to the 2 or 3 or whatever and tweeted his ankle. If he doesn’t go down I like our chances to score 41 on the next play.
Vizzina made a very very late throw a play or two later for the INT, and then we basically shut it down.
They didn’t let CV throw a lot after that, possibly because they didn’t want him to get the yips, so they really took the air out of the game.
I thought the coolest part of the game was when we bullly balled it with Adams Jr. They knew he was coming and still couldn’t stop us. I saw the OL literally having a good time, and Adams Jr was making some very nice cuts and showing acceleration. One nice run followed by another. Ran like 8 times in a row I think, and it was the coolest part of the night.
We had over 500 yards, and they had 221.
Total domination, even tho we backed off super early when Cade went down.
Did you see any of that or…

PBT- what did you want to see in those last two games?? We crushed those crappy teams and the guys looked good. Got a little better. Are they championship caliber. Nah
But just entering what you want? Losses so they implode?
I mean they got it done and now have a shot at 4-3. Given the start what more could you be asking for? A complete mid season dismantling and rebuild?
