far as ball handling, he is still a liability in close games compared to Dawes or Collins. He gets himself trapped in corners too much for me. Luckily, today, when he got fouled in those situations, he made it count.

And why is it that seemingly everybody we play gets into the foul bonus situation much before we do? At Notre Dame, it could surely be home cooking, and certainly was the case in the NC State replay game I just unknowingly watched.

I wonder if there is something to that. I'm tired of seeing us start so slow to games. It's almost a trademark at this point.
It does seem like the motivation factor or something is missing.

Starting slow is his philosophy. At least over a decade as proof of it. His teams have never started out like they wanted to run the opposition out of the house.
