Totally agree. Leadoff has been terribly unproductive for the last 3 years. I don't know what it's going to take to make a change. Slaton's batting avg is terrible, and though he does walk often, he strikes out too many times and can't move runners.

You can't necessarily blame the player - at some point the coach has to make a change.
