Swinney of baseball. Coach Lee's vision, energy and strong recruiting skills will pay off on the diamond. I do not see this guy failing....at all. I see him, like Dabo, taking a dream opportunity and running with it.

of folks should begin to understand that hires such as brownwell, dabo & lee are the norm for clemson and all the pie in the sky, dream a little dream statement hires are not the clemson modus.

When were things ever different dead? There is no history at Clemson, or 95% of the other D1 schools, that suggests otherwise. The only way you get one of those guys is if they are unhappy for some odd reason where they are. You don't really leave a program when you are consistently finishing in the top 8 in the country? Especially if the coach you're replacing is your old buddy/mentor, and he was fired. We are not a top 10 overall sports program In regards to resources or history. Luckily, we're right there in the next tier. Honestly, I would rather have Lee than anyone. We'll see how it turns out, but that guy just has the "it" factor.

in the beginning than Dabo did. We dont need a baseball equivalent of Billy Napier and Kevin Steele....
One thing already worrying me is he kept LeCroy (Similar to Dabo keeping Napier). We needed a clean sweep of the coaching staff.
