"meaningless game." Oh well, l guess some of our fans want to sulk over in the corner and want to see our boys in a "I can care less if we win" attitude rather than come out fighting and determined to get the V. LOL. Go Tigers!!!!!

How did you arrive at that statement? Doesn't care? I don't believe that, we will try to win every game and fans will be behind the team. Correct me if I miss-understood your post.

About how "meaningless" the rest of the season is. I don't believe that nonsense but I will continue to put out there to them showing them how silly it is. Our team has a lot to play for and as a fan cheer for. Some of these folks are weak and cannot take a loss so they unload on their own team.

It would be stupid to quit caring. The ACC is wildly unpredictable. Wasnt long ago they were spinning a wheel on ESPN to pick who would be playing in the ACCCG as a joke. Im not optimistic it can happen tbh but who knows.
The seasons not over, there is a heck of a lot less control now but you never know. Plus it should be a loose team focused less on "perfection" and "not losing". A big thing I hope is that Dabo just plays the guys like Misun Kelly going forward. Get these guys expierence now when you have nothing to lose. Pay your dues this season since the odds are against you to be ready for next season.

Now I agree with that. But Dabo won't. Dabo is kinda stuck in the past and I don't mean that as demeaning. The game has changed. Very few kj Henry's anymore. Especially in QB's, wr's, dbs, and RB's in our recruiting arena that redshirt anymore. If they have talent, the days of having rs seniors are over except at school like wake, duke etc where 99.99% know they'll never go pro.
Long way of saying we may as well get the experience as a true freshman.

Very few highly rated RBs anywhere ever RS. We were going to RS Phil Mafah before Shipley got injured at NC State in 2021. That said, we play RBs that are ready to play as true FR.
BTW, KJ Henry didn’t RS. We do RS D-linemen often if they are not needed as immediate contributors.
Isiah Simmons RS’d. He played DB. That said, we play DBs that are ready to contribute as true FR.
Vizzina is being RS’d. He is a QB. FWIW, UNC’s Drake Maye RS’s in 2021. He is a QB. RS’ing of highly regarded QBs is not that rare. We also play true FR QBs if they are good enough to be a clear #2 on the depth chart.
I can’t think of a high profile WR recruit in recent memory that didn’t play as true FR. Maybe M.Kelly will play this year, maybe he will RS. My bet is that he will RS since both T.Brown and T.Stellato have proven to be ready to play the slot WR position.

I know what you're saying but I think you should cut some fans some slack. After the last two seasons, with the off season hire etc, and Cades performance in the acc championship, the expectation was through the roof.
Players and coaches/Clemson media kinda built that up too. We felt like our D could almost single-handedly win games for us.
It was pretty much a given that we'd most likely have a rematch game with fsu for the championship and playoff berth. Then the first game out, we laid an egg. But win yesterday and playoff was still on. That's all gone bye bye. Shock and disappointment, of course everyone is going to lash out. Human nature. So I cut the fans slack.

Every game from here on out is our Super Bowl. That's how important every game is to us.
